We propose a building which integrates into the surroundings and the urban structure, and which will promote a new singular landscape with institutional character. The staggered floors with different perimeters and the same modulation ensures an adequate lighting, ventilation and spatial quality of all working areas. The last floor of the small volume acts as a green terrace.
